This is Smith Alan; I am a dietician and fitness coach by profession. I chose to become a dietitian because I’ve always been interested in food and nutrition from my college days. I’m currently working with the Body Tone fitness culture.  Apart from coaching in gym I’m so much interested in writing and publishing articles on the various health and fitness topics regularly currently busy with RayMeds.com and their health blog. I  have worked with various techniques of weight gain and weight loss successfully with various personals that experience motivated me to make more peoples aware of their health and fitness and make their life healthier.


Personal dietician and fitness coaching is meant for people of all ages who want to achieve their goals efficiently and through a motivated and guided training. Whether you want to lose weight, build muscle, strengthen your stamina or achieve healthy body, you'll be definitely getting your goal quickly and you can see better results with personalize fitness training. Keeping your fitness test and needs in mind, I always recommend a workout goal for you and then select exercises according to your goal. The workout segments are broken into aerobics, cardio, upper and lower body weight training.


As your fitness dietician and coach I will be providing a fitness and nutrition program that is right for you as per your current health status and will meet your individual needs within the time set to achieve the goal. As a Dietitian I always advise people who have special dietary needs and also inform the general public about nutrition and treatments. My nutritional knowledge and years of experience placed me amongst the top dieticians in the country.  I have a special interest in medical nutritional management for the people who are suffering from   Obesity, Diabetes, Hair loss and   Eye Problems etc.  I would like to write regularly for the Diabetes and Obesity Stuff apart from this I wish to expand my area of writing and try to handle various health sectors.   I’m committed myself to peoples in helping them to achieve healthy goals.
